Surecraft fully design their boats in a 3D screen which enables clients to be a part of the whole process, whether they are in the same room or on the other side of the country.
Clients can view their new vessel via email displaying the three-dimensional image of the boat which can be rotated and zoomed with every part visible so that the hidden structure of the boat can be viewed to every detail.
This means the client can be fully involved with customising their new boat. All the variables can be presented on the screen allowing the client to easily assess the options available and make more informed decisions.
Once designed on screen, the boat is machine cut and construction begins. The precision of this system means boat parts fit perfectly ensuring the high quality vessel that Surecraft Marine has built its reputation on.

Trailers

Surecraft also designs and makes custom-made trailers to ensure your boat also has a safe and comfortable road ride over the toughest terrain, and fits the unique shape of the boat hull. Features include:

• Tandem axle
• Threaded rod adjustments on skid rollers
• Aluminium guards
• LED lights
• Titan 12 inch stainless steel disc brakes
• Act-brake electrical hydaulic breakaway system
• Heavy duty 60mm axles with large bearings rated to 3 ton
• Springs - 4.5 ton rockroller
• Trailers can be upgraded with larger wheels, to carry heavier boats
